The project concerns the maturation studies of the project of the Waste Processing Unit and the Landfill of Landfill of Lamia, which will serve the entire population of the Regional Units (Nomes) of Fthiotida (except the Municipalities of Domokos and Lokron) and Evrytania. It includes the preparation of all necessary studies (supportive, environmental, technical studies and tender documents) for the proper implementation of the project.The aim of the project is the gradual approach to the sustainable management of solid waste, in order to make the changes necessary for the achievement of the objectives of the European (Directive 98/2008) and the Greek Legislation (Law 4042), and to contribute to the achievement of the goals of both the National and the Regional Management Plan.
