The project aims to subsidise the cost of domestic gas installation in residential areas, to replace existing oil heating systems, in order to reduce emissions of gaseous pollutants by improving the energy efficiency of residential heating systems and increasing the penetration of natural gas into urban areas.Through the project, homes located in areas of Attica with low zone prices and in which gas penetration is low will be supported. The project concerns the support of low-income owners who cannot fully finance the replacement of the existing oil heating system with a gas system. In order to ensure the social character of the project, specific criteria will be set for the selection of beneficiaries.Works related to the supply and installation of burner, boiler, gas pipe, exhaust exhaust system, materials/components/automatisations/installation and connections, as well as costs of studying and supervising the work will be provided.
