The aim of the project is the creation of a Community Centre in the Municipality of Kordelio Evosmos, with an annex to Migrant Integration Centre (KEM), which will serve all residents of the Municipality, with priority to vulnerable groups and aiming at disseminating information about social benefits and social inclusion services to all citizens. The Community Centre will operate complementary and does not replace or replace the Social Services of the Municipality, but will broaden the range of social services provided to citizens or migrants benefiting. To this end, the beneficiaries will be received and recorded, with the aim of diagnosing their needs and promoting them in Services, Structures and Programs that exist at the current time and have as their object the social support empowerment and integration (Employment Organisation for Labour Forces – OAED, National Health System – NHS, Creative Employment Centres for Children – KDAP, ‘Home Aid’ program, etc.). At the same time, the Community Centre will receive applications for the European Aid Fund for the Most Deprived (TEVA), the Minimum Guaranteed Income (Minimum Income) and other humanitarian aid programmes. In conclusion, with the implementation of the project, the Community Centre of the Municipality of Kordelio Evosmos will be a local reference point with One Stop Shop type services, for the reception, service and interconnection of citizens with all social programs and services implemented in the area of the Municipality.
