The object of the action is the implementation of the research proposal “Sources of volatility in the functional diversity of benthic communities and functional redundancy of species as an indicator of the integrity of the seabed”. The aim of the intervention is to enhance the academic curriculum of researchers and their research skills in order to improve their academic/research career prospects.
