Extension of the existing telemedicine network to islands in the region of Attica to provide health services and develop conditions for equal access to health services for residents of the islands. It is possible to achieve the goal by ensuring that residents have access to health services, without the need to move them from their place of residence. Moreover, the continuous and lifelong education of the medical and nursing staff of the island health structures contributes to the improvement of the health of the island’s population. The new telemedicine stations are divided into THE (Telemedical Medical Advisor Station) and (Patient Telemedical Medical Station) and it is planned, based on the above 2 study, to be developed in eleven (11) points and as follows: Agia K.Y.Aiginas, K.Y. Galatas, P.P.I. Spetses, P.P.I. Poros, P.I.I. Hydras, P.I. Antikythera, P.I. Spetses, P.I.Agistri station, P.I.I. An important aspect of this proposal is the provision of health services still within the patient’s home, as there will be provision for the operation of 90 home care and monitoring systems.
