The Act provides for the creation of 100 (70+ 30) fixed signs of digital literacy (hotspots) in regional structures (70 in Regional Services) and schools (30), throughout Attica with the aim of strengthening digital literacy and combating the digital illiteracy of citizens of the Region of Attica.
