In particular, the Proposal for an Act/Project with Title: “Application of new use for citizens in the old storage building of OSE HALKIDAS”, concerns the implementation of restoration interventions.Conserved building of a storage area greater than 500,00 sq.m., with the remodeling of the site, with the redevelopment of the surrounding area and the creation of an organised outdoor parking space, in the railway station of the building. The proposal for implementation of the Act includes one (1) project/superproject with title RECOMMENDATION AND RELEASE OF OSE ON HALKIDA. The specific Proposition of Act/Project/Project, in the specific area of the Boeotian side of Chalkida, achieves the ultimate aim of revitalising, upgrading and strengthening the infrastructures of Cultural and Tourism Characterism, increasing traffic and signalling the orientation of the wider area as a cultural destination of the Municipality of Chalkidea, but also beyond the boundaries of this area, within and outside the prefecture. The Municipality of Chalkidea has an approved Operational Programme 2014-2019 (approved by the City Council: Decision 241/2015 Strategic Planning and Decision 168/2016 Operational and Economic Planning), in which the proposed act is reflected as a priority in the context of integrated interventions.The act is included in the 1st priority (Improving the Environment and Quality of Life) in Measure 1.3 (urban and suburban space), in 1st Objective 1.3.2. (Integrated Urban Upgrading and Revival Interventions of Urban Areas and Countryside) as New Action with code. 1.3.2.1. and Objective 1.3.3. (Actions for the Improvement of Quality of Life), as a New Action with code. 1.3.3.15.
