The physical object of the project includes the regeneration of central roads in the 1st Urban Unit of the city of Igoumenitsa with the creation of new pedestrians, bicycling roads, green islets, electric lighting network with the installation of masts and lighting bodies, stops, parking lanes on the roads and a large parking space of the motor vehicles in front of the closed Gymnasium, and the parking points of the building. The total length of these central roads is about 770 m and the total length of the cycling track is estimated at about 1 km. At the same time, a bridge is being constructed on Demokratia Street at its junction with the Xiropotamos stream, rainwater drainage pipes are installed after the visit and hydro-collection wells, water supply ducts are shifted, while irrigation and greening networks are installed, bus stops, sitting areas, bins and cyclists are installed. The project includes the archaeological research and work that will take place during the execution of the operation, as well as the necessary relocation of public utility networks (OTE and PPC)
