The project concerns the creation of our integrated platform and virtual tour applications in the city of Piraeus, with the basic means of mobile devices. The user, starting from the Aikaterini Laskaridis Foundation, will tour the city and with a vehicle the routes created for this purpose, will identify neoclassical buildings, spaces and elements that connect the architectural history of the 20th century with the modern city of Piraeus. The selected content will be digitised, documented and entered with full documentary data in the virtual browsing. An important part of the project is the creation of digital three-dimensional building models, which will be introduced into virtual browsing applications.Beyond the digital browsing application for mobile devices, will also be created:- Website for the presentation of the architectural tradition of Piraeus, with the creation of a relevant database.- Interactive chronology of the architectural history of Piraeus.All applications will depict the content in 6 languages, supporting in the next phase the possibility of integrating and additionally targeting the project.
