The Act concerns the construction of the 8th kindergarten of Trikala, with a capacity of 50 infants, according to the Building Regulation of School Buildings of the Ministry of Education, subject to all specifications. The building will be built at the O.T.G.1371A of the approved city plan in the area of Baras, within the city of Trikala and will be ground floor, with an area of 306.21 sq.m. It will include two (2) classrooms, a multi-purpose room (consolidation of a classroom & waiting room), waiting area, administration offices, baby rest area, dining-kitchen, storage room, boiler room and sanitary areas. The construction of this project will satisfy the need for housing 50 infants, currently housed in a rented area that does not meet the required standards.
