The project concerns the construction of new internal water supply networks in the settlements of Mantamadou, Kapi, Kleios and Pelope of the Municipal Unity (D.E.) Mantamadou in which old networks typically operate consisting mainly of asbestos tubes resulting in frequent leaks and lesions. The existence of asbestos makes the repair of these networks “dangerous” and their age leads to losses of significant amounts of water resulting in the problematic water supply of these settlements. With the construction of the project, the settlements of Mantamadou, Kapis, Kleios and Pelope will all acquire modern internal water supply networks resulting in their safe and adequate water supply, especially during the summer months.
