The project concerns the provision of Consultant services in order to ensure that new Global System for Mobile Communications-Railway (GSM-R) sections are properly auctioned on the Patras-Athens-Thessaloniki-Promachona railway axis (PATHEP) and their full operational integration into the existing network.
