The project refers to the funding for the operation of the Social Grocery and the Social Pharmacy in the Municipality of Lamies for three years. The Social Grocery and the Social Pharmacy were created due to the needs of our time, characterised by a rapid increase in the risks of social exclusion, an increase in the unemployed and the people seeking food and medicines, increasing migration and increasing the inability to meet primary nutrition and health care needs by many groups of the population. In order to halt this phenomenon, the creation of a Social Grocery and Social Pharmacy is deemed necessary as it will contribute to the supply of basic goods and primary health care of the above vulnerable social groups, to address poverty and social inclusion The Social Grocery Structure will collect, store, store, distribute basic living goods, provides at least 150 families of the Municipality of Lamion, which are in a state of poverty, or are at risk of poverty and poverty. The goods are collected from sponsorships/donations of enterprises, collective bodies and citizens (Graph. Publicity/Networking), from any excess items of the TEVA programme and from commissions at the cost of the structure. The Social Pharmacy concerns the provision and regular basis of free health medicines and parapharmaceuticals to at least 100 beneficiaries each month.
