The operation aims to requalify and adapt the current infrastructures, adapting the facilities to the technical and legal regulations in force in the area of the Elderly, also providing for the creation of a new valence: Continuing Care Unit, also improving the home support service. The intervention, foreseen and justified in the mapping exercise, allows to create other social responses that avoid institutionalisation.
