The Centro Infantil de Angra do Heroísmo, O Baloiço, located in the parish of Sé, county of Angra do Heroísmo, has a building, in which there are some valences of the institution, namely an establishment of preschool education and a nursery, which requires a deep intervention in order to adapt the facilities to the technical and legal regulations in force and the needs of the children.
