The intervention to be carried out is based on the almost total physical inadequacy in terms of accessibility and conditional mobility that the structure presents, requiring, in global terms, a reorganisation of compartmentalisation both at the level of accommodation, sanitary facilities, on time in horizontal and vertical movements, kitchen, laundry, staff, health and fire safety facilities.
