This project aims to consolidate and strengthen the training of young people, linking school education with vocational training, involving economic, professional, social and cultural institutions throughout the project. Strengthen, in alternative modalities, to those of the formal education system, the mechanisms of approximation between the school and the world of work. Promote the development of the region by meeting the needs of qualified professionals.
