Development of innovative processes of treatment and reuse (precipitation and hydroponics) of the main agro-industrial waste water produced in the Alentejo region (killers, cellars, mills and keijarias) with tomato fruit production with improved characteristics (firmity, soluble solids, reducing sugars, total proteins, potassium, and lycopene), which have potential benefits for the market and public health.
