The Val+Alentejo project consists of a set of actions to disseminate scientific and technological information and experimentation, with a view to transferring scientific and technological knowledge to the production, marketing and processing sector of Alentejo sheep and goats, regarding the nutritional value of the lipid fraction of the products and nutritional strategies to improve the fatty acid profile of these products.
