The operation is summed up to an action to rehabilitate the public space associated with rehabilitation actions of the built ensemble of the Freguesia das Flores in Vila Nova de Santo André and is characterised by the combination of two components, one of “Requalification of Public Space in the Freguesia das Flores” and another of “Plano de Comunicação”. It is located in the Southeast Urban Rehabilitation Area of VNSA and in the Pedu of the Municipality of Santiago do Cacém.
