Paru de Marvão – Recovery of the Ancient Factory of Celtex, for Installation of the Municipal Machine Park (Covering and Frontiers)

The present operation, integrated in the ARU of Santo António das Areias, contemplates the recovery of the old factory of Celtex, an abandoned industrial unit, which is in a high state of degradation for the installation of municipal workshops and archives.The operation is covered in the Paru de Marvão, which is already approved by the Commission Directive of the pora.
