Urban regeneration operation and integrated enhancement of the territory, covering the entire area of the PAIC Axis Quinta da Grinja Peoples (17,6 hectares), through a set of training and structuring interventions of the public space (total area 64,651 m²) and the improvement of mobility and pedestrian accessibility, in conjunction with rehabilitation interventions of the building (11 plots and 84 lights of the Municipal Freguesia PER Povos).
