The operation consists of 4 components, 3 of i) studies, opinions, projects and advice and 1 ii) various constructions and a single action (infrastructure). The intangible components (auditisation and development of the implementation project) were essential to the diagnosis and definition of the infrastructure intervention to be developed in the municipal pool in order to rationalise its energy consumption.
