It is intended to implement in a set of roads that integrate the road network of the consolidated urban area by defining circulation zones in order to create a cyclable urban circuit of about 7 km long and average width of 2.50 m to be integrated into the existing road network, implementing measures that actively contribute to the effective reduction of energy consumption.
