To promote the qualification of the urban environment, the public space and the experiences it provides, through the improvement of urban design and furniture, the paving of streets and walks, the introduction of arboreal elements, the elimination of architectural and visual barriers. Additionally, it is intended to intervene at the level of the organisation of the automobile movement and revision of the road hierarchy.
