The operation aims to rehabilitate the Cine-Teatro de Amarante, emblematic building of the city and located in full ARU, recovering its original functions of showroom, namely cinema, theater, music and ballet, endowing it with all the technical conditions, comfort, safety and energy efficiency, appropriate to the current requirements for collective equipment of a cultural nature with the aforementioned valences.
