The operation consists of the rehabilitation of Largo General Humberto Delgado and its immediate surroundings, carrying out an integrated intervention that foresees its redesign and restructuring, together with a road reorganisation and distinction of uses.In addition, the operation also consists of the valorisation of public buildings with architectural and heritage interest.
