According to the basic programmatic intentions, the intervention, in addition to providing for the maintenance/recovery and valorisation of a building that is considered of architectural value to be preserved, provides for the creation of new valences that allow the valorisation, profitability and promotion of the wine-growing activity of the region, perpetuating the importance that Wine and Vineyards had and have for the region.
