The operation Higher Technical Professional Courses (TeSP) at the IPVC aims to finance these courses at the institution in the study cycle started in 2016/2017. This cycle of higher education not conferring an academic degree awards the diploma of higher professional technician (TeSP). These courses are the result of the auscultation of various regional actors, particularly businesses and the reality of the economic fabric.
