The project aims to empower the municipality in the area of ICT, encouraging the increase of the level of digitisation of the county, promoting a more organised management, capable of providing better services to the citizens and reducing the existing context costs. The investments go against the strategy of modernisation of local government and PNR, and these investments can be seen as an add-on for the country’s integrated development.
