Considering that learning is a shared responsibility for the work teams and the organisation, it is up to ULSM to promote an environment favorable to learning, focused on the acquisition/recycling of new competencies, on promoting change and increasing competitiveness and differentiation, which reflect on the quality and excellence in the provision of health services provided to our users.
