It aims to close down water supply systems, with a view to optimising the installed capacity and adhesion to the service, through the execution of connections between the system at high managed by the Águas do Norte and lower by the municipality of Arcos de Valdevez, allowing the extension of the service, in the area of influence of the system, to populations that are not yet served and have precarious solutions to supply their homes.
