The application envisages the construction of a new sewage treatment plant in place of the Baúlhe Arc treatment plant and the decommissioning of the Alvite and Basto/Olela sewage treatment plants. It also provides for some areas not yet served with a sewage drainage network and to improve their level of treatment by eliminating existing deficient treatments.
