The operation covers investments in downstream systems to control and reduce losses in water distribution and supply systems, including leakage detection equipment, acquisition and installation of control and measurement and tele-management equipment. It consists of an Action Plan to Combat Water Losses that will result in the implementation of a zoned Measurement System.
