Improvement of the State Environmental Service Information System “Tulpe”

The objective of the project to be implemented by the State Environment Service (hereinafter – State Environment Service) is to promote the achievement of the results indicators defined in the activity programme “Growth and Employment” specific objective 2.2.1 “To ensure growth of public data re-use and efficient interaction of public administration and private sector” 2.2.1.1. “Development of Centralised ICT Platforms for Public Administration, Optimising and Development of Public Administration Processes”. Within the framework of the project it is planned to carry out the development of the information system “Tulpe” (hereinafter – IS “Tulpe”) of the SRS, thus ensuring: user-friendly public services;?Efficacy of the public sector;?interaction between public administration and the private sector. Among other things, it is planned to promote transparency of processes and cooperation capacity, ensuring the use of data in the state information systems in other state and local government institutions, not requiring data subjects to submit them repeatedly, as well as ensuring the transfer of data stored in the state information systems to local governments. This will create conditions for the use of information held by public administrations outside the public sector, for example, to ensure its use for business or data analysis purposes.Two institutions will cooperate to achieve the project’s objective during the implementation of the project: State Regional Development Agency and State Regional Development Agency (hereinafter – CRDA). The aim of the project shall be: The aim of the project is to improve the functionality of VVD IS “Tulpe” (to upgrade the services provided) and usability, which:M1. Develop e-service solutions and their availability in a customer-friendly environment; M2. Optimise existing operational processes by creating efficient and modern solutions;M3. Reduce the burden on VVD staff and improve the overall effectiveness of the NSAs by improving the possibilities for information exchange and data processing.Operational activities to achieve the objectives of the project: 1.Project Management;2.
