The aim of the project is to ensure the development of bilateral sectoral social dialogue in the development of better regulation in order to facilitate the improvement of business environment in priority five sectors – wood industry, chemical industry and its interfaces, construction, transport and logistics, telecommunications and communications.The target group of the project is organisations that ensure representation of the interests of employers and employees in strengthening the sectoral social dialogue and employees in the sectors. In order to ensure a broader and more effective impact on the development of bilateral sectoral social dialogue in the development of better legal framework to promote business environment, cooperation partners – sectoral employers’ organisations representing the interests of Latvian regions and economic sector merchants and producers and individual social groups are ready to contribute to the development of bilateral social dialogue in sectors.The Confederation of Employers of Latvia (LDDK) together with cooperation partners and in cooperation with Latvian Free Trade Union (LBAS) will analyse the development of international trade, competitiveness and employment dialogue, thus facilitating the development of social sector dialogue, thus involving other sector sector representatives, thus engaging other partners and in cooperation with Latvian Free Trade Union Association (LBAS) will analyse the development of international trade, competitiveness and employment dialogue as well as promote the development of social dialogue in parallel, thus involving other sector representatives in the field of social dialogue and in cooperation with Latvian Free Trade Union Association (LBAS), in cooperation with the Free Trade Union of Latvia (LBAS) will analyse the development of international trade, competitiveness and employment, as well as promote the development of social dialogue in parallel with the inter-branch dialogue, thus involving other employers’ stakeholders, in cooperation with Latvian Free Trade Union Association (LBAS) and in cooperation with Latvian Free Trade Union Association (LBAS) will analyse the development of international trade, competitiveness and employment dialogue, thus also in parallel dialogue on social dialogue, thus involving other employers’ stakeholders, in cooperation with Latvian Free Trade Union Union (LBAS), in cooperation with the Latvian Free Trade Union Association (LBAS) will analyse the development of international trade, competitiveness and employment dialogue, thus facilitating the development of social and labour dialogue in parallel with other employers’ aspects, thus involving other employers’ stakeholders and in cooperation with the Free Trade Union Union (LBAS) will analyse the development of international trade, competitiveness and employment, as well as promoting the development of the social dialogue in parallel with other employers’ interests and in cooperation with Latvian Free Trade Union Association (LBAS), in order to ensure broader and more effective impact on development of bilateral sectoral social dialogue in development of better legal framework to promote business environment.In order to implement the project partners – sectoral employers’ organisations representing the interests of Latvian regions and economic sector merchants and producers and Stimulating sectoral social dialogue will result in a general agreement that is seen as an instrument affecting the business environment and will reduce illegal employment and the informal economy. During the implementation of the project, five general agreements in the above priority or other sectors will be concluded, which is also an indicator of the outcome of the project. Project implementation time is from the date of signing of the contract on project implementation till December 31, 2021.The total eligible funding available for conclusion of the contract is EUR 750000,00, including the European Social Fund funding – EUR 637500.00 and the state budget funding – EUR 112.500.
