The aim of the project "Energy Efficiency Improvement Measures of the VVD Liepaja RPV Building" (hereafter-Project) is according to the Cabinet of Ministers Regulation of 9 August 2016 No 534 "Regulations of the first round of project applications of the Operational Programme "Growth and Employment" "Promoting energy efficiency improvement in state and residential buildings" 4.2.1.2 "Promoting the improvement of energy efficiency in public buildings" (hereafter – Cabinet Regulations No.534), to promote the improvement of the State Energy Service in the State Energy Service (hereafter – Cabinet Regulations No.534). In order to achieve the project’s objective, it is planned to carry out insulation measures of the building envelope, which will significantly improve the thermal stability of the building as a whole. To achieve the planned energy efficiency indicators, insulation of the building’s first floor floor, insulation of exterior walls, insulation of the base part of the building, insulation of attic and waterproofing capacity of the roof will be carried out, improvement of the heating unit. Replacement of external doors will be carried out. In order to ensure the achievement of the Project goal and to monitor the quality of the works, construction supervision and author supervision of the project will be carried out.In addition to the main activities, publicity measures will be provided.The duration of the project is 9 months from the conclusion of the project implementation. The total cost of the project is EUR 182681,80, of which the total eligible costs of the project are EUR 148752,00 and EUR 33929,80 are the project’s direct ineligible costs, which will be covered by the VVD from its core budget The project will be implemented by attracting public funding, including the European Regional Development Fund financing EUR 85,80 and the public budget funding to the public budget The project will be allocated to the total area of the building, to calculate the energy-good for the year, the energy consumption reduction of the project is planned: 50 % for heating, or EUR 126439,20 for the public budget, or at EUR 22312,80 for the total area of the building.
