The aim of the project is to promote the improvement of energy efficiency in the building of the University of Latvia, Mazā Lubānas iela 11, Riga.1) the planned thermal energy savings after project implementation are not less than 294.63 MWh/year (40.27 %/year); 2) The planned heat consumption for heating after project implementation will not exceed 51.18 kWh/m² per year;3) planned reduction of CO2 emissions 87024 kg/year; Project total eligible costs EUR 955 704.38, incl. European Regional Development Fund support 85 % or EUR 812 348.72 and state budget funding 15 % or EUR 143 355.66.In accordance with energy audit and technical inspection of the building, it is planned to implement the following energy efficiency improvement measures in the building:1.Based constructions:-Insulation of the facade using the approach of the house; — Replacement of interlock fillings;-Insulation of brick palaces; —Insulating the windows from the outside along the perimeter, including under the windowsills (where it is physically possible);-Veco basement window replacement with PVC windows with a glass package with selective.
