The Emergency Medical Service (hereinafter – NMP service) implements the project in the building at Nīcgales iela 7, Riga, where the NMP Briges Support Centre (hereinafter – BAC) is located. The tasks of the NMP service BAC are to ensure the work of NMP brigades, to ensure compliance with staff safety related requirements in BAC, to ensure the maintenance of qualification of BAC personnel, etc. High rates of heat loss of existing building envelopes and high electricity consumption, which are consumed for BAC’s needs, are more significant problems to be addressed within the project. Within the framework of this activity are carried out: Building facade (brick) wall insulation, building base insulation, building garage basic wall insulation, building base wall insulation, overhanging of the heating floor, replacement of window windows, replacement of roof hatchways over garage, insulation of the roof over garage, replacement of windows, replacement of doors, heating system pipelines in the garage and replacement of heating bodies. 5. Publicity measures. Publication of information on the implementation of the project on the website of the NMP service, installation of an informative poster.The planned period of implementation of the project is 36 months from the conclusion of the agreement on project implementation.The total costs of the project are EUR 365081.50, where the eligible costs are EUR 359810,00, of which 85 % or EUR 305838.51 will be covered by the European Regional Development Fund and 15 % or EUR 53971.49 will be financed from the state budget.
