The project “Enhancement of Energy Efficiency in Daugavpils Culture Palace, Smilšu iela 92, Daugavpils” provides for reconstruction of the institution building, thus ensuring improvement of the energy efficiency of the building.The aim of the project is to promote the improvement of energy efficiency of the building of the Culture Palace (Smilšu iela 92, Daugavpils) by reducing the consumption of primary energy. Development of the project supporting documentation1.1 Performance of the external facade;1.2.Development of construction project;1.3.Construction of project expertise.2.Construction of construction works 2.1.Insulation of the external facade;2.2.Renovation of the ventilation system;2.3.Heating of the heating system; 2.4.Installation of energy efficient lighting.3.Auto-monitoring4.Building supervision5.Project duration of publicity: The project activities started in 2015 with the development of the construction project.
