The aim of the project is to reduce the annual consumption of primary energy in the Jurmala theatre building, Muižas iela 7, Jurmala by 126.96 kWh/m² by investing in the municipal building, to promote energy efficiency and self-interest expenditures on heating. Within the project it is planned to take the following measures: 1. building facade exterior walls, foundations, cap insulation; .2 insulation of upper cover, roof insulation, replacement of roof covering; .3 replacement of windows and doors; .4 reconstruction of the ventilation system;5. reconstruction of the heating system; 6. replacement of lighting, partial electrical installation restoration;7. reconstruction of pandusa, facade lighting, construction of rainwater sewerage, construction of lightning protection system;8. restoration of site improvement.Average heat consumption for heating after renovation is planned as a result of the project – 85.41 kWh/m² per year, decrease of primary energy consumption after completion of works – 126.96 kWh/m² per year, estimated reduction of greenhouse gases for heating after renovation – 85.41 kWh/m² per year, decrease of primary energy consumption after completion of works – 126.96 kWh/m² per year, estimated reduction of greenhouse gases per year (CO2 equivalent to its total energy efficiency – 25.66 kWh/m²). Total cost of the project – EUR 819590,58, incl. 1) The eligible costs of the project – EUR 590802,99, of which: 1.1) European Regional Development Fund co-financing: EUR 165398.97; 1.2) State budget grant: EUR 4378,21; 1.3) Local government funding – EUR 421025,81; 2) Ineligible costs of the project – EUR 228787,59, to be financed from the budget of the municipality. The publicity costs of the project, as information in the intermetater and information plate will be covered from the budget resources of Jūrmala City Council, informative stand combined with the building board and costs included in the estimate of construction costs. The project is planned to be implemented in 18 (eighteen) months.
