The aim of the project – reduction of annual consumption of primary energy in Jaundubulti Secondary School building, Lielupes street 21, Jurmala by 71.89 kWh/m², contributing to energy efficiency and reduction of municipal expenditure on heating and investment in municipal building. Insulation of facade walls, plinths and columns of the building;2. Insulation of upper cover (roof plane), new roof covering;3. Replacement of old wooden windows and doors to new dense windows and doors4. Reconstruction of the heating system, including modernisation of the heating unit.5. As a result of the project the average thermal energy consumption for heating after renovation – 82.55 kWh/m² per year, reduction of primary energy consumption per m² after completion of works – 71.89 kWh/m² per year, estimated annual greenhouse gas reduction (CO2 equivalent in tonnes) – 85.01 t per year, as well as improvement of energy efficiency of a building with a total area of 5183.20 m². Total cost of the project – EUR 1098438,96, incl.1) The eligible costs of the project – EUR 1085586,59, of which:1.1) European Regional Development Fund co-financing – EUR 532045,99;1.2) State budget grant – EUR 83031.09;1.3) Local government funding – EUR 470509.51;2) Ineligible costs of the project – EUR 12852.37, to be financed from the municipal budget resources.
