In order to promote the development of the Northern Industrial Zone of Daugavpils city and to provide a favourable environment for business development, it is necessary to continue the improvement of the existing infrastructure, which would contribute to increasing competitiveness and development of economic activity in the city territory.The aim of the project “Development of public infrastructure in Daugavpils’s Northern Industrial Zone – Phase II” is to revitalise the Northern Industrial Zone of Daugavpils by adjusting the public infrastructure for attracting private investments, thus facilitating the city’s territorial growth and creation of new jobs. Reconstruction of Slāvu Street from Slāvu Street to Smilškalna Street and rebuilding of an accessible road from spaļu street to plot with cadastre designation 05000071213, Daugavpils; 2.4. Construction of a new building for the establishment of a potential production facility and establishment of infrastructure in Mendeļejeva Street district, Daugavpils.3.
