The aim of the project is to revitalise the degraded area of Valmiera industrial zone, in accordance with Valmiera city’s sustainable development strategy 2015-2030, the Development Programme 2015-2020 and the Investment Plan, by adjusting the public infrastructure for attracting private investments, thus contributing to the city’s growth, creation of sustainable production area, increase of private investments and creation of new jobs. Revitalisation of industrial street 1 territories, rebuilding of Rūpniecības Street, entrances, new production buildings and public parking, construction supervision, author supervision. Within the project, the following output indicators are planned:-Reconstructed degraded area in Valmiera city 5,01 ha, including areas for rent to merchants – 2.98 ha, renewable streets and public parking areas – 2.03 ha.-Newly created 67 workplaces in the restored degraded territory.-In the restored degraded area, merchants made non-financial investments in their own intangible investments and fixed assets in the amount of EUR 4929199,00.Project total cost EUR 6963125.93 Project duration: EUR 4236673.83 December 2020 – November 2022.
