Cleaning up the degraded area in the Martina Street area

The aim of the project is to revitalise the territory in the Mārtiņa Street area in Tukums by regenerating degraded territory and organising publicly accessible street infrastructure for business development, ensuring environmentally friendly and environmentally sustainable territorial growth and environment for creation of new jobs.The planned project activities are aimed at the restoration of areas necessary for entrepreneurship, but at the same time degraded, where public infrastructure for road traffic is developed, possible placement of new companies and expansion of existing ones. In order to promote employment and economic activity in the municipality, the public infrastructure will be improved by constructing the Mārtiņa Street section. The following activities are envisaged for the implementation of the project: Street construction, author supervision, construction supervision and publicity measures.The results to be achieved are: 10 newly created jobs, EUR 445000 attracted investments, renovated degraded area of 4.2266 ha. Total project costs are planned to be EUR 862550.39, including co-financing from the European Regional Development Fund EUR 733167.83. Project activities are planned to be completed within 20 months of signing the agreement on project implementation.
