The aim of the project is to revitalise the territory in the area of Lauktehnika – Tukums II in Tukums by regenerating degraded territory and organising publicly accessible street infrastructure for business development, ensuring environmentally friendly and environmental sustainability-friendly territorial growth and environment for creation of new jobs. In order to promote employment and economic activity in the municipality, the public infrastructure will be improved by rebuilding the section of Stacijas Street and its connection street Dāņu iela, construction of sections of Vilkājas and Rūdas streets and Purva Street. The following activities are envisaged for the implementation of the project: Street construction, author supervision, construction supervision and publicity measures.The results to be achieved are: 76 newly created jobs, EUR 2160000 attracted investments, renovated degraded territory in the area of Lauktehnika – Tukums II 19,57 ha.The total project costs are planned to be EUR 3693620,90, including the co-financing of the European Regional Development Fund shall not exceed 85 % of the eligible project costs.The project activities are planned to be completed by December 2019, but not more than 18 months after signing the agreement on project implementation.
