Renovation, reconstruction and construction of the Island Bridge Complex, Stage 2

The aim of the project “Renovation, rebuilding and construction of the Salu Bridge Complex, Stage 2” (hereafter – Project) is to complete restoration of the Salu Bridge track in accordance with modern traffic flow requirements, continuing and completing work on the Riga main main transmission and elimination of fragmentary streets and their ruptures, as well as reducing transport congestion in the project area and for securing connection to the TEN-T network. Mūkusala lap and ramp from Mūkusala lap centre direction and (d) Estakāde over Bieķengrāvi;2) Construction works for the objects of stage II (at the time of submitting the project announced procurement for preparation of construction projects):e) Transmission of traffic over Mazo Krasta Street, including tunnel on Maskavas street and ramp/crossing (veloroad) for connection of construction projects: (e) Transmission of traffic over Mazo Krasta Street, incl. tunnel on Maskavas street and ramp/crossing (veloroad) for connection of Daugava pavement with rollerway.
