The aim of the project is to promote the competitiveness of the unemployed and jobseekers in the labour market.During the implementation of the project, active employment and support measures (hereinafter – measures) will be provided to support the unemployed: — career consultations;- measures to increase competitiveness, which include individual consultations and group classes (courses, seminars, lectures and other lessons) for the acquisition of job search methods, psychological support and acquisition of basic skills and skills necessary for the labour market;- vocational training, retraining, qualification improvement and evaluation of professional skills acquired outside the formal education system, which includes:- acquisition of further vocational training programmes (including flexible training), which enables the unemployed to acquire professional qualifications and professional skills in a flexible form of training (in the form of a flexible training system). The continuing vocational training programmes can be implemented in the form of a modular education programme leading to the issue to the unemployed of a certificate of education (certificate of mastering the relevant module or relevant modules);- to offer to the first, second or third level of professional qualification the professional skills acquired outside the formal education system by evaluating the professional competence by organising the professional qualification exam (further – support for the professional competence assessment);-learning for further learning for the trainees in the form of formal education. The unemployed with disabilities will be provided with specific services appropriate to their needs – sign language interpreter, ergotherapist and specialised transport services, as well as the possibility of organising training in a flexible form will be evaluated. In the framework of the project, at least 88 034 unemployed and jobseekers, including the long-term unemployed, including at least 29 000 unemployed and job seekers, will receive support throughout the project. Project implementation time from the conclusion of the agreement is from 22 October 2015 to 31 December 2023.The total cost of the project is EUR 100032851.85, including the European Social Fund funding EUR 83457124.19, state budget funding EUR 12575727.66 and private co-financing EUR 4000000.00. The total eligible costs of the project have been reduced by non-compliant expenses – in the amount of EUR 13437.15, of which the eligible costs of the project in the amount of EUR 12656.00 have been reduced by the CM not. Amendments No.836 (entered into force on 01.08.2020), for EUR 386.06 costs were reduced by project amendments No.10, while EUR 395.09 was reduced by project amendments No 11.
