The project aims to improve access for workers, the unemployed, job seekers and employers to information support measures by supporting job search and employment relations (EU/EEA) by organising and implementing at least 800 EURES activities. For jobseekers, employers and cooperation partners – seminars, discussions, meetings, thematic lectures, information days, consultations, work and career exhibitions, vacancy fairs, support for recruitment etc. to provide information on available vacancies in Latvia and Europe, living and working conditions, administrative procedures, the process of registration of vacancies, sending of employees, labour demand and offer, opportunities to cooperate, identify current needs both at national and international level; Meetings of the EURES network and conferences for international partners and PES staff on EURES communication strategy and common service standards; Participation of EURES advisers in working groups, organisation of experience exchange seminars, training and information seminars for PES staff; Development and production of informative materials (booklets, fact sheets, etc.). As part of the implementation of the project from 25 March 2015 to 31 December 2022, it is planned to implement at least 800 informative EURES activities. The total eligible funding planned for the event is EUR 817191, including the European Social Fund funding – EUR 694612 and the state budget funding – EUR 122579.
