Youth Guarantees

The aim of the project is to facilitate the transition to employment for 19 000 young unemployed people, in particular by implementing measures to increase skills and skills responsive to labour market requirements and to gain practical experience in the workplace. Support measures available to the target group within the project:-job search support, competitiveness promotion measures and career counselling that support career choices;-Implementation of non-formal education programmes that include the acquisition of occupational skills that meet changing labour market requirements and systematised basic professional skills and the organisation of end-to-job tests;-Professional continuing education and job-cluster job-clubs for young people in the field of work, which provide for job opportunities and non-format work for young people as a means of supporting professional qualifications and to improve professional skills for young people in a multi-job labour market, promoting job-to-jobs in the labour market, and the evaluation of the professional competences acquired by the youth in the workplace, which supports the acquisition of professional qualifications and trio in the labour market; promotes job-to-jobs and job-clubs in the field of job-to-jobs, as well as for job-to-job training, in the workplace, and for job-jobs-to-job-to-job-to-job-to-job-to-job-job job-job job-goods and basic professional skills support and career counselling for career choices;-Professional continuing education and professional careers-to-job learning, youth-to-job learning and job-to-job skills, enabling non-professionals to obtain professional qualifications and to improve job-join-join-join-join-jobs for job-to-job job-jobs for youth to work as a jobless, to support the needs of the target group, and to improve the professional skills needed for young people in the field of work-to-job-to-job-to-job-to-job-to-jobs for job-to-job job-creating job-jobs Support for regional mobility of young people shall be provided through the following support measures: Implementation of non-formal education programs, implementation of vocational continuing education and professional development education programs, first work experience for young unemployed, subsidised workplaces for young unemployed (measures for certain groups of persons including young people with disabilities), workshops for young people; training of vehicle and tractor drivers, which allows the target group to obtain qualification of vehicle and tractor machinery driver in accordance with the laws and regulations regulating vehicle and tractor technics driving rights acquisition.Project implementation period from 2 January 2014 to 31st of December 2018. The total cost of the project shall not be less than EUR 33956732.27, including the special allocation from the budget of the European Union to finance the Youth Employment Initiative – EUR 15505746.43, European Social Fund funding – EUR 15682546.43, state budget co-financing – EUR 1274878.92 and private co-financing no less than EUR 1493560.49*Project total eligible costs – ESF eligible costs are reduced by EUR 6857.33, in accordance with the CFLA Decisions on non-eligible expenditure (including EUR 6843.82 from the total eligible costs and EUR 13.51/5 – reduced costs of the ESF.29.5.29.12.2017.1477.29.29.5.29.29.5.29.5.29.29.5.29.5.29.5.29.5.29.5.29.5.29.5.29.5.29.29.5.29.5.29.29.12.2017.1477.21.710.10.
